THE INVESTMENT

Booking with me is as easy as the breeze on the Clarke farm. You can book directly online via the Booking Page. If you’re not quite ready to book and would like to ask questions first, please reach out via the enquiry form below. I’ll talk through your needs, schedule a date, and start the exciting process of planning your session.

Within 3-6 weeks I will deliver your private, online gallery for viewing all the images from your session. I don’t believe in rushing the editing process for the sake of delivering your precious photos sooner, it’s just not professional. You will then have the opportunity to decide if you would like to upgrade, or stay with your original package inclusions. Once you’ve decided, you can request a custom quote for any professional printing, including heirloom albums, matted or framed prints and canvases (if you so choose).

Absolutely! While I have a stunning natural backdrop right here at the Clarke farm, I’m open to exploring locations that are meaningful to you.

Wear what reflects you and makes you feel comfortable. Solid colours or subtle patterns work best. I’ll also provide you with some ideas to help you choose outfits that will photograph beautifully.

I have partnered with Mama Rentals and Everything Lace Hire. If you choose to hire a gown for your photo session instead of purchasing, I get to  provide you with an exclusive discount code (so make sure you ask).

I am vaccinated for both covid and whooping cough, but I am also happy to wear a mask if desired.

Don’t worry, I’ve got you. (Pretty much every person feels like this!) I’ll give you lots of direction and demonstrations so you won’t be standing around feeling weird, wondering what to do with your hands. I’ve got a knack for putting people at ease and taking your mind off of the camera. You’ll be laughing, moving, and acting like yourself in no time.

I’m a mum to 3 small kids, so I understand this in my core. Behaviour rarely arises during sessions, but if it does, it’s totally fine – that’s life with kids! You just love them up + I’ll distract them. I’m basically a kid whisperer (for kids that aren’t my own). This is a new, fun, and special experience for kids. They revel in staying up late and having all the attention. The golden light is always worth a later bedtime. Sleepy kiddos also make for some super sweet, natural moments that most parents want.

Life happens, I get it. I’m flexible and happy to work with you to find a new date (within 6 months of your original booking) that suits your schedule. 

If you cancel your session within 7 days of your session date, you will forfeit 50% of the session fee. This policy is in place to compensate for the work already put into your session and the potential loss of business from turning away other clients for your reserved time slot. It ensures that my business can maintain a sustainable practice while delivering a high-quality service. If you wish to transfer your session to another person, or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible so I can accommodate you.

To reserve and book any session, I require the session fee be paid in full. This fee covers my time both while at the 1-2 hour shoot as well as my time editing your photos afterward. The session fee does not include any additional digital files (other than what is included in your package), prints or other heirloom products. It also includes email and phone consultations to discuss everything about the shoot from location, outfit styling and, most importantly, what you envision for the final images I provide.

Absolutely not. All my sessions include a print release – meaning you are free to print your photos where ever you wish.

I do highly recommend using a quality print/album supplier like Atkins Lab to ensure you are getting the most out of your investment. Print orders can be placed via your online gallery (too easy) at an affordable price.

Yes you do. The Booking Terms of Agreement are an important legal document outlining exactly what you are getting in your session. It is there to protect both you and me. By completing the booking form and making your payment, you are agreeing to the Terms.
